HOW DO I SHOP OR DO I MAKE A RESERVATION IN MY FAVORITE SHOP WITH NO -PREPAYMENT ON TWICEASNICE.BE ?
- Check the webshop page to make a selection. You can either browse by type (bracelet, necklaces, rings, men, etc…) , by event (MUST HAVE, NEW, MOTHERDAY, etc..) or by price by sliding the buttons on the desired values on the “price range” link.
- View the products you are interested in by clicking on the photograph, move your mouse on the picture to zoom in and see every detail. You’ll find all information, available sizes, product details, reference code and price on the product page.
- Select an item by adding it to your shopping bag or reserve it in a store.
- To reserve in your favorite store without pre-payment, choose the store and fill in your details. You can only reserve in a store one item at a time, but you can make as many reservations as you want. Once the reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will receive a second confirmation through e-mail once the reservation is ready to be picked up in the store. The item(s) chosen will be kept for 7 business days in the shop so that you can look at it. There is no obligation for purchase.
- To buy an item online, add the item to your shopping bag. You can either check out or continue shopping. If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process and when you wish to process the order, log in.
- Once you have entered your details, check if they are correct and click on ”confirm”.
- Select a payment method: Visa, MasterCard, Ideal or Bancontact/Mistercash.
- Confirm the order.
- You will receive an email confirming your order.

Deliveries in Belgium will take 1 to 2 business days, if longer the customer will immediately be informed. International deliveries will depend on the country of destination.

WHY MIGHT MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUSED?

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THE WEBSITE?
Yes. The data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Master Card only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES
The shipping fee for orders of 70 EUR or more is FREE.
The shipping fee for deliveries in Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands is 5.90EUR.
The shipping fee for international deliveries is 8.90EUR.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND?
In case you wish to return your order, follow the steps hereunder. You have 14 days following the day of delivery to return your order.
- Mark which articles you wish to return on your receipt.
- Pack the articles you wish to return and a copy of your receipt in its original packaging and sent the package back to us at your cost at the following address: TAN BVBA, PB 26,2650 Edegem.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail from our customer service once return has been received and you will receive a full refund (besides delivery costs) for your returned articles, via the same means used to make your purchase (Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.)
TWICE AS NICE reserves the right to reject the refund of returns sent beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition as in which they were received. Will not be accepted for refund: used, damaged, incomplete, dirty articles, articles made to order for the customer, articles that have been worn or where the tag has been removed.
Items purchased on the web shop can NOT be returned for refund through the TWICE AS NICE retail shops.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Exchanges are only possible through the TWICE AS NICE stores within 14 days after the date of delivery (in the same country of purchase) The items need to be in perfect condition together with the tag and the packaging. Note that no return or reimbursement will be done through the TWICE AS NICE stores.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR REPAIR?
Repairs can be brought to the TWICE AS NICE stores (it is the fastest) or send to the following address: TAN BVBA, PB 26, 2650 Edegem. In this case, please send an e-mail to our customer service department first at email@example.com and if a participation fee is required, the customer will be told by e-mail so that he can pay the amount before the repaired item is send back to him. The shipping fee is at the cost of the customer.
HOW CAN I USE A TWICE AS NICE GIFT VOUCHER?
Gift vouchers are valid for purchasing in all the TWICE AS NICE shops. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If the total amount of the purchases surpasses the value of the voucher, the extra will be paid by the consumer following the usual payment methods. It may not be exchanged for cash or any other payment type, not even partially. Only originals will be accepted. In case of loss, this voucher will not be replaced.
