HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ONLINE PURCHASE?


You have 30 days to exchange your order. This is possible in one of our Twice As Nice stores or you may return it to exchange. The jewel may not have been worn and should be in perfect condition. You can exchange the jewel for other jewelry or a gift voucher. In-store refunds are not possible. We kindly invite you to come with the original packaging and the delivery note, we will be happy to advise you. 

Predefined sets can only be exchanged as a whole.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS


In case you wish to return your order, follow the steps hereunder. You have 30 days to return your order.

 

 

- Pack the items you wish to return and a copy of your receipt with the return form in the original packaging and send it back to us at your cost at the following address:

- You will receive a confirmation email from our customer service once your return has been received, you will receive a full refund for your returned items (shipping costs not included), through the same means used to make your purchase. (Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.) If you requested an exchange, your new jewelry will be sent to you.

 

TWICE AS NICE reserves the right to refuse refunds on returns sent beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were sent.

Will not be accepted as return: used, damaged, incomplete, dirty items, items made to order for the customer, items that have been worn or where the tag has been removed. 

The items may not be brought or sent to a TWICE AS NICE shop for refund. Exchanges can be done in-store.

 

REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS


Repairs can be brought to the TWICE AS NICE stores (it is the fastest) or sent to the following address: Prinsboudewijnlaan 21G, 2550 Kontich, Belgium. In this case, please send an email to our customer service department first at webmaster@twiceasnice.be and if a participation fee is required, the customer will be informed by mail so that he can pay the amount before the repaired item is send back to him. The shipping costs are at the customer’s charge.

 

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS


Exchanges are only possible through the TWICE AS NICE stores within 15 days. The items need to be in perfect condition with the tag, the receipt and the original packaging. The items may be exchanged for other items or a voucher. There will be no refunds. The aforementioned conditions do not apply to the right to cancel.

RIGHT TO CANCEL


You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Twice As Nice webshop, Chabry BVBA, Prinsboudewijnlaan 21G, 2550 Kontich, Belgium, Phone number: + 32(0)3 239 33 85) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
